The grouting joint plugging device comprises two flexible connecting strips, a plurality of connecting rods for connecting the two connecting strips and a film wrapping unit; a supporting rod capable of abutting against the surface of a component is fixedly installed on one side of each connecting strip, and the axes of the supporting rods are perpendicular to the axes of the connecting strips; the film wrapping unit comprises a film rolling rod, a film rolling cylinder and a rolled film installed on the film rolling cylinder; sliding grooves formed in the axial direction of the connecting strips are formed in the sides, close to the connecting rods, of the connecting strips; one end of the film rolling rod is in sliding connection with the sliding groove in one connecting strip, and the other end of the film rolling rod is in sliding connection with the sliding groove in the other connecting strip; the film rolling cylinder is rotationally installed on the film rolling rod; and one end of each connecting strip can be detachably connected with the other end of the connecting strip. According to the scheme, the rolled film can be rapidly wrapped on the joint of every two adjacent connecting strips under the control of the film wrapping unit, and the rolled film is convenient to install.
