Visible light excited intelligent heat-insulating color-changing glass curtain wall system
The invention discloses a visible light excited intelligent heat-insulating color-changing glass curtain wall system. The effect that the visible light transmittance of a glass curtain wall is intelligently adjusted along with the change of the intensity of external visible light is achieved by coating the outer portion of the glass curtain wall with a color-changing layer, and the effect of heat insulation of the interior of a building is achieved by coating the glass curtain wall with a transparent heat-insulating layer. The glass curtain wall system comprises five parts which are the inner glass curtain wall, a hollow cavity, the outer glass curtain wall, the color-changing layer and the transparent heat-insulating layer from inside to outside correspondingly. The transparent heat-insulating coating on the outermost layer can achieve complete blocking of an infrared light area and an ultraviolet light area, and 100% blocking in the infrared band (800-2500nm) is achieved; and the color-changing layer on the secondary layer can automatically adjust the transmittance according to the change of the light intensity in the visible light band (400-800nm), and thus the intelligent heat-insulating color-changing characteristic of the glass curtain wall system is achieved.
本发明公开了一种可见光激发的智能隔热变色的玻璃幕墙系统,通过在玻璃幕墙外部涂刷变色层实现玻璃幕墙随着外部可见光强度变化而智能调节可见光透过率的效果,涂刷透明隔热层实现大厦内部隔热的效果。本发明公开的玻璃幕墙系统包括五个部分,由内至外分别为:内层玻璃幕墙、中空腔体、外层玻璃幕墙、变色层和透明隔热层。最外层的透明隔热涂层能够实现红外光区域和紫外光区域的全部阻隔,实现在红外波段(800‑2500 nm)的100%阻隔,次层变色层在可见光波段(400‑800 nm)能够实现根据光强度变化自动调节透过率,从而实现玻璃幕墙系统智能隔热变色的特性。
