The invention provides a non-asphalt-based adhesive film waterproof coiled material laying method. A non-asphalt-based adhesive film waterproof coiled material laying device is used in the method. The device comprises a base, a box body, a cleaning mechanism, a dust absorption mechanism, a ground gluing mechanism, a material laying mechanism and a material pressing mechanism. The following problems existing in the non-asphalt-based adhesive film waterproof coiled material laying process can be solved: a, a large amount of dust is generated on the ground during coiled material laying, and if cleaning is not carried out, the viscosity of the coiled material and the ground is easily reduced, and the waterproof quality is reduced; and b, manual gluing and laying are mostly carried out during laying, the operation is complex, the coiled material is difficult to fix and press, and the adhesion is not firm enough. According to the design, the contact between the coiled material and the ground can be tighter, and the dust cleaning operation is facilitated; and the laying efficiency of the coiled material can be improved, and the adhesion between the coiled material and the ground is tighter and firmer due to the arrangement of the material pressing mechanism.
本发明提供了一种非沥青基粘胶膜防水卷材铺设方法,其使用非沥青基粘胶膜防水卷材铺设装置,该装置包括底座、箱体、清洁机构、灰尘吸收机构、地面上胶机构、材料铺设机构以及材料按压机构。可以解决非沥青基粘胶膜防水卷材铺设过程中所存在的以下难题:a.在进行卷材铺设时地面上会有大量的灰尘,如不进行清理,容易导致卷材与地面的粘黏度会降低,降低防水质量;b.在进行铺设时大多都是人工涂胶和铺设,操作繁琐,且难以对卷材进行固定按压,导致粘黏不够牢固,本发明设计可以使得卷材与地面之间的接触更加紧密,便于灰尘清理的操作;还能增加卷材的铺设效率,材料按压机构的设置使得卷材与地面之间的粘黏更加紧密牢固。
