The invention relates to a universally-leveled fabricated wallboard structure and a construction method thereof. The universally-leveled fabricated wallboard structure comprises a plurality of transverse keels distributed on a wall; a dry hanging piece is arranged on the upper side of each transverse keel; a wallboard is connected to the transverse keels through the dry hanging pieces; the side, close to a wall body, of each transverse keel is connected with a first clamping piece; the first clamping pieces are connected with second clamping pieces through leveling parts; the second clamping pieces are connected to the wall body through fasteners; a height adjusting part is arranged on the inner side of each dry hanging piece; and the height adjusting parts are in close contact with the upper surfaces of the transverse keels. The first clamping pieces are connected with the transverse keels, the second clamping pieces are connected with the wall face, and the leveling parts are arranged between the first clamping pieces and the second clamping pieces, so that the first clamping pieces can move in any direction relative to the second clamping pieces, the movement of the first clamping pieces can drive the transverse keels to move, and the purpose of adjusting the position of the wallboard is achieved.
