The invention discloses a change-over switch which is configured to switch on-off of a liquid circulation pipeline to a working mode controlled by a mechanical valve when it is detected that an inductive control component is not in a working state. The invention further discloses an inductive control box with the change-over switch. The invention further discloses an inductive faucet with the change-over switch, and the inductive faucet comprises a faucet body, a sensor, an electromagnetic valve and the change-over switch, and the faucet body has an automatic switching mode and a manual switching mode. The sensor is arranged on the faucet body. The electromagnetic valve is arranged on a water outlet pipeline of the faucet body, the electromagnetic valve is connected with the sensor, and when the sensor and the electromagnetic valve are in a working state, the faucet body supplies water in an automatic switching mode. The change-over switch is configured to switch the faucet body from the automatic switching mode to the manual switching mode for use when it is detected that the sensor and/or the electromagnetic valve are/is not in the working state. According to the inductive faucet, when power is off, the inductive faucet can be quickly switched to a traditional manual mechanical mode in a simple mode of a toggle switch, and the problem that the inductive faucet cannot use water once power is off is avoided.
