When a charged vehicle runs into a first set range, the RFID electronic tag is started to assist the vehicle in accurate positioning, and when the vehicle runs into a second set range, the lifting part is lifted, and the parking lock is switched to a second state, so that the charged vehicle can smoothly run into a parking space for charging, and the charging efficiency is improved. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the navigation position can be provided more accurately, the fuel vehicle is prevented from occupying the parking space of the charging vehicle, the submerged charging pile can avoid safety accidents and device damage caused by collision of other vehicles, and the safety is improved.
