The invention provides ceramic glaze containing boron mud as well as a preparation method and application of the ceramic glaze. The invention belongs to the field of ceramic processing and production. The method comprises the following steps of: sieving and drying industrial boric sludge waste, mixing and ball-milling the industrial boric sludge waste with silica, kaolin, feldspar, magnesium oxide, nano titanium dioxide and calcined zinc oxide in a ball mill to obtain a glaze raw material, melting the glaze raw material into frits at high temperature, crushing and grinding the frits, and sieving to obtain boron mud ceramic glaze powder; and uniformly mixing the glaze powder with water, coating a porcelain body with the glaze powder according to the thickness of 1-2 mm, firing at the temperature of 900-1300 DEG C to obtain boron mud ceramic glaze. The boron mud ceramic glaze is excellent in acid and alkali resistance.
本发明提供一种含有硼泥的陶瓷釉料及其制备方法和应用。属于陶瓷加工生产领域,将工业硼泥废料进行过筛与干燥,再同硅石,高岭土,长石,氧化镁,纳米二氧化钛,煅烧氧化锌,在球磨机中进行混料球磨,得到釉原料,将其在高温下熔制成熔块,再经破碎研磨后过筛得到硼泥陶瓷釉粉末。将该釉粉与水均匀混合,按1‑2㎜的厚度填涂于瓷胎上,于900~1300℃烧制,获得硼泥陶釉,硼泥陶釉,耐酸碱性优良。
