The invention discloses portland cement anti-radiation concrete and a production process thereof. The portland cement anti-radiation concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 330 to 370 parts of portland cement clinker, 400 to 450 parts of fine aggregate, 500 to 600 parts of coarse aggregate, 50 to 60 parts of boric acid solution, 100 to 130 parts of barium sulfate, 30 to 60 parts of water reducing agent, 8 to 10 parts of synergist and 200 to 260 parts of water. The anti-radiation concrete is novel in design, inorganic insoluble particles in the concrete can be better dispersed by adding the CTF synergist, the LBD synergist and the water reducing agent into the concrete, the produced concrete can effectively have good radiation resistance by adding the boric acid solution and matching barium sulfate, and the concrete is large in density, high in structural strength and high in practicability.
本发明公开了一种硅酸盐水泥防辐射混凝土及其生产工艺,所述硅酸盐水泥防辐射混凝土包括以下重量份的原料:硅酸盐水泥熟料330‑370份、细骨料400‑450份、粗骨料500‑600份、硼酸溶液50‑60份、硫酸钡100‑130份、减水剂30‑60份、增效剂8‑10份、水200‑260份。本发明设计新颖,通过在混凝土中添加CTF增效剂、LBD增效剂及减水剂,能够更好的分散混凝土中无机不溶颗粒,通过添加的硼酸溶液配合硫酸钡可有效实现生产出来的混凝土具有良好的防辐射性,且混凝土密度大,结构强度高,实用性强。
