The invention discloses a low-lying drainage device. The low-lying drainage device comprises a water collecting barrel and a cleaning module. One end of the water collecting barrel is provided with a first inlet, the other end is provided with a first outlet, and the water collecting barrel is further provided with a water passing channel communicating the first inlet with the first outlet; the cleaning module comprises a flushed fan blade arranged at the first outlet and a bristle part arranged in the water passing channel, water flow entering through the first inlet can pass through the water passing channel and impact the flushed fan blade at the first outlet so as to enable the flushed fan blade to rotate, the flushed fan blade can drive the bristle part to rotate synchronously so as to enable the bristle part to collect dirt, therefore, plastic bags and other dirt are prevented from entering a sewer and depositing in the sewer, and the situation that the drainage space of the sewer is occupied is avoided.
