The invention discloses a slag-slurry separation construction method for a cast-in-situ bored pile. The slag-slurry separation construction method comprises the following steps that according to the position of a pile position pile casing, the position of a supporting rod is selected by selecting the distance with the pile position pile casing as the circle center radius being 3-5 meters, then the supporting rod is driven, then a flat plate is fixedly connected to the top of the supporting rod, and the height of the top of the flat plate needs to be lower than that of the top of the pile position pile casing. According to the scheme, high-pressure air is fed into the lower middle portion of a guide pipe through an air guide pipe by an air compressor and mixed with slurry in the guide pipe to form a gas-liquid mixture with the small density, the gas-liquid mixture moves upwards under the action of the density difference and the pressure difference to form continuous slurry-slag flow, and the slurry-slag flow flows into a slurry box; and a vertical filter screen is arranged in the slurry box, the filter box is divided into a slurry area and a slag area through the filter screen, meanwhile, a vibration device is arranged in the slag area to vibrate slag, thus the slurry and the slag are separated, rapidness and convenience are achieved, the working efficiency is improved, the slurry is recycled, and resources are saved.
本发明公开了一种钻孔灌注桩渣浆分离施工方法,包括以下步骤:根据桩位护筒的位置,选择以桩位护筒为圆心半径3‑5米的距离进行支杆的位置选定,再进行支杆的打设施工,之后在支杆的顶部固定连接平板,平板的顶部高度需要低于桩位护筒的顶部高度。本方案通过空压机将高压空气通过导气管送入导管的中下部,与导管内的泥浆进行混合,形成密度小的气液混合物,在密度差和压力差的作用下向上运动,形成持续的浆渣流并流入到泥浆盒中,并且通过在泥浆盒中设置竖向的过滤网,通过过滤网将过滤盒分隔成泥浆区和残渣区,同时在残渣区中设置振动装置对残渣进行震动,进而将浆渣分离,快捷方便,增加工作效率,并且使泥浆重复循环使用,节约资源。
