A liftable anti-seismic disaster-reducing energy-saving environment-friendly ecological building comprises a display wall body, a groove is formed in the front face of the display wall body, a horizontally-placed first placing plate is arranged at the bottom in the groove, and a plurality of horizontal moving plates and second placing plates are arranged in the groove. A plurality of first spring telescopic rods and a second placing plate are embedded in the top surfaces of the moving plates and the bottom surface of the inner wall of the groove respectively, the bottom surfaces of the first placing plates are fixedly connected with the movable ends of the corresponding first spring telescopic rods respectively, the two sides of each moving plate are fixedly connected with the upper portions of the inner sides of vertical plates respectively, and a vertical guide rod is fixedly installed in the groove. The guide rod sequentially penetrates through one side of the top face of the movable plate and is in sliding fit with the movable plate. Compared with an existing device, a user does not need to continuously control a switch of a motor, after the user unloads all potted plants on the first placement plate or the second placement plate, the adjacent moving plates above the potted plants can automatically descend, and use is convenient.
