Abstract

The invention provides an integrated cold-formed thin-walled steel plate constraint profile steel special-shaped column and a machining method thereof. The special-shaped column comprises a cold-formed thin-walled special-shaped steel pipe column and a built-in cold-formed thin-walled steel member; the cold-formed thin-walled special-shaped steel pipe column is a special-shaped hollow steel pipe formed by cold bending; the cross section of the cold-formed thin-walled special-shaped steel pipe column is integrally L-shaped, T-shaped or cross-shaped; the built-in cold-formed thin-walled steel member is embedded and inserted in a notch of a groove-shaped column limb; and the built-in cold-formed thin-walled steel member is connected with the straight supporting surface through a self-tapping screw. The integrated cold-formed thin-walled steel plate constraint profile steel special-shaped column is adopted as a vertical bearing component, indoor column protruding can be avoided, and the building use function and attractiveness requirements are met. The width-to-thickness ratio of the section of the special-shaped steel pipe column is large, local buckling is prone to occurring, and the situation that the bearing capacity is reduced due to local buckling of a plate can be avoided through the built-in cold-formed thin-walled steel member.

发明提供一种集成式冷弯薄壁型钢板约束型钢异形柱及其加工方法。该异形柱包括冷弯薄壁型异形钢管柱和内置冷弯薄壁型钢构件。所述冷弯薄壁型异形钢管柱为冷弯成型的异形空心钢管。所述冷弯薄壁型异形钢管柱的横截面整体为L形、T形或十字形。所述内置冷弯薄壁型钢构件嵌插在槽形柱肢的槽口中。所述内置冷弯薄壁型钢构件与平直支撑面通过自攻螺钉连接。采用集成式冷弯薄壁型钢板约束型钢异形柱作为竖向承重构件，可避免室内凸柱，满足建筑使用功能与美观要求。异形钢管柱截面宽厚比较大易发生局部屈曲，通过内置冷弯薄壁型钢构件，可避免因板件发生局部屈曲而降低承载力。
