The invention relates to an assembly type prefabricated composite floor slab manufacturing and forming method. A bottom plate, adjusting devices and limiting devices are included; the upper end of the bottom plate is connected with the adjusting devices in a left-right symmetry mode in a sliding fit mode; the limiting devices are arranged between the adjusting devices in a front-back symmetry mode; and the limiting devices are connected with the bottom plate in a sliding fit mode. The assembly type prefabricated composite floor slab manufacturing and forming method can solve the problems that when existing equipment is used for placing steel reinforcement frameworks of composite floor slabs, the triangular steel reinforcement frameworks cannot be adjusted according to the needed distance between the triangular steel reinforcement frameworks, and the phenomenon that the distance between the triangular steel reinforcement frameworks is too narrow easily occurs, so that the forming effect of the composite floor slabs is reduced; and meanwhile, the triangular steel reinforcement frameworks cannot be aligned so as to be prone to inclination and irregularity, so that the forming accuracy of the composite floor slabs is reduced.
本发明涉及一种装配式预制叠合楼板制作成型方法,包括底板、调节装置和限位装置,底板上端通过滑动配合的方式左右对称连接有调节装置,所述调节装置之间前后对称设置有限位装置,限位装置通过滑动配合的方式与底板连接。本发明可以解决现有的设备在针对叠合楼板的钢筋骨架进行放置时,不能根据三角状钢筋骨架之间所需的距离对三角状钢筋骨架进行调节,三角状钢筋骨架之间易出现距离过窄的现象,从而降低了叠合楼板成型的效果,同时,不能对三角状钢筋骨架之间进行对齐处理,三角状钢筋骨架易出现倾斜和不整齐的现象,从而降低了叠合楼板成型的精确性等问题。
