The invention discloses an electric lifting mechanism and an electronic pedestal pan using the electric lifting mechanism. The electric lifting mechanism comprises a lifting driving assembly and a moving assembly movably connected with the lifting driving assembly through a moving guide sleeve assembly. The lifting driving assembly comprises a fixing plate and an electric lifting gear box fixedly arranged on the fixing plate. The moving assembly comprises a moving plate and a moving rack fixedly arranged on the moving plate. According to the above electric lifting mechanism, the electric lifting gear box is adopted to drive the moving rack to drive the moving assembly to do reciprocating lifting motion, the movement position of the moving assembly is detected through an angle sensor assembly, a convex shaft gear arranged on an output gear is engaged with a sensor gear in an assembling hole, the angle sensor assembly is embedded into a concave cavity formed in the output gear, the assembly space can be saved, the overall size of the electric lifting mechanism is more compact, the electric lifting gear box is static in the working process, and the reliability is prevented from being influenced by reciprocating motion of a connecting wire.
