Water reducing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of preparation of water reducing agents, in particular to a water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the water reducing agent comprises the following steps: (a) heating and melting naphthalene; (b) adding concentrated sulfuric acid into the molten naphthalene, and reacting to generate naphthalene sulfonic acid; (c) adding water into the generated naphthalene sulfonic acid to hydrolyze naphthalene sulfonic acid; (d) after the hydrolysis reaction is finished, dropwise adding formaldehyde into hydrolyzed naphthalene sulfonic acid to generate a naphthalene sulfonated formaldehyde condensate; and (e) dropwise adding liquid caustic soda to adjust the pH value to 7 to prepare the water reducing agent. The preparation method of the water reducing agent further relates to a water reducing agent preparation device, which comprises a circular plate, long grooves and triangular blocks. The two long grooves are oppositely formed in the circular plate, the triangular blocks are arranged at the two long grooves, and electric heating wires are arranged in the triangular blocks.
