Rail wheels are arranged on the left side and the right side of each driving unit, the number of the rail wheels on the single side of each driving unit is two, damping steel spring plates are arranged between the driving units and the rail wheels, and the top ends of the damping steel spring plates are connected with the lower surface of the frame. According to the maintenance equipment, the driving part at the bottom of the frame is divided into a plurality of groups of cooperative synchronous driving units, so that the whole equipment has stronger power and working efficiency, and meanwhile, a damping steel spring plate is additionally arranged between each group of rail wheels, so that the frame can keep better stability if the frame encounters scattered ballasts on the surface of a rail during running.
