The invention discloses an environment-friendly road and bridge structure with a rainwater collecting system. The structure comprises a plurality of groups of bridge bodies, expansion joints are arranged between adjacent bridge bodies to install water filtering assemblies, the lower ends of the water filtering assemblies are communicated with water storage chambers at the bottoms of the bridge bodies, and sleepers are respectively attached to the outer walls of the two sides of each bridge bodies. Cultivation grooves are evenly formed in the outer walls of the sleepers to plant small green plants, water conveying pipelines are arranged on the outer walls of the portions, at the upper ends of the cultivation grooves, of the sleepers, sprayers are installed at the positions, corresponding to the cultivation grooves, of the outer walls of the water conveying pipelines, water pumping pipes are arranged in inner cavities of the water storage chambers, and the top ends of the water pumping pipes penetrate through the sleepers to be connected with the water conveying pipelines on the outer walls, humidity monitoring modules are arranged at the upper ends of bottom plates of the cultivation grooves and used for monitoring the humidity of nutrient soil in the cultivation grooves in real time, rainwater is filtered and collected into the water storage chambers through water filtering assemblies, and once the humidity of the nutrient soil in the cultivation grooves is lower than a lower threshold value, the humidity monitoring modules sends alarms to a central controller to start water pumps to supply water to the cultivation grooves to perform irrigation, and the green plants are prevented from withering due to drought.
