The invention discloses a method for effectively plugging a grouting hole. The method for effectively plugging a grouting hole comprises a pipe body with two open ends, the pipe body is provided with a horizontal part and a vertical part which are communicated with each other, the horizontal part is used for being inserted into the grouting hole, the vertical part is used for grouting material expansion and backflow, after grouting is completed, the horizontal part of the pipe body is inserted into the grouting hole, the vertical part of the pipe body faces upwards, after grouting material is initially set, whether grouting is full or not is judged through the vertical part of the pipe body, if the grouting is full, the pipe body is dismantled, and if not, grout supplementing is conducted. The method achieves the technical effects that: the grouting material can be prevented from overflowing after expansion, and the grouting material is full after shrinkage and backflow can be guaranteed. The method solves the problems that: in the related technology, the grouting material expands and flows out of the grouting hole without any hindrance due to the fact that hydration heat is generated in the grouting material solidification period of a prestress hole channel; and after the grouting material shrinks and flows back, the grouting material at the orifice part is not full.
