According to the track anchoring device for hanging basket construction, the purpose of anchoring a hanging basket track is achieved by pre-tightening the first track anchoring rib and the second track anchoring rib, after construction is completed, only the nut needs to be reversely rotated, and then the first track anchoring rib and the second track anchoring rib are pulled out of the mounting positioning holes; and therefore, the first track anchoring rib and the second track anchoring rib which are drawn out are recycled to a lower beam section, a cyclic utilization construction mode is formed; about 5-10 t of unrecyclable deformed steel bars which are used previously can be saved for each continuous beam; steel bar heads do not need to be cleaned after beam section pouring is completed, so that universality is enhanced; and the track anchoring device can be recycled to different continuous beams, so that material consumption is reduced.
