The road reflecting cone comprises a base internally provided with a cavity; a concave-arc-shaped folding area is arranged on the base; a foldable warning main body is arranged above the folding area; the foldable warning main body comprises a telescopic rod which is coaxially arranged on the base; the telescopic rod is of a hollow structure; the telescopic rod is formed by sequentially and slidably sleeving combined sleeves; in every two adjacent combined sleeves, the combined sleeve on the upper side correspondingly sleeves the combined sleeve on the lower side in a sliding manner; a pot-shaped warning shell is fixedly sleeved at the lower end of the outer part of each combined sleeve; the warning shells correspond to the folding area; the volumes of the warning shells are sequentially reduced from bottom to top; and reflective patches are uniformly distributed on the outer walls of the warning shells. With the road reflecting cone of the invention adopted, the laying work burden of related personnel is reduced, the stability of the road reflecting cone during placement can be ensured, the size of the road reflecting cone can be reduced through folding operation, and the portability of the road reflecting cone is improved.
