The invention discloses a highway concrete fence anti-collision reinforcing method which comprises the following steps of: 1, analyzing the limited vehicle speed of a fence section, previous overspeed records, accident records and road gradient and bending conditions, and setting reinforcing thickness according to road violation conditions and accident conditions; 2, carrying out survey lofting; 3, binding and welding reinforcing steel bars by taking a marking curve as a reference; 4, installing an anti-collision steel plate structure 5; 5, injecting concrete; and 6, welding a reinforcing cover. According to the method, the road violation conditions and accident conditions of road sections are analyzed, so that the reinforcement thickness is calculated, and the reinforcement requirements of different road section conditions are met.
