The water overflow mechanism is arranged, when the water level is higher than the lower end of the water inlet pipe in the flood season with heavy rainwater, a sealing ball of a hollow structure floats upwards, meanwhile, the water inlet pipe is opened, water in a riverway enters the water storage base through the water inlet pipe and is drained out of the riverway through a water drainage pipe, automatic control over the water level is achieved, and the water level of the riverway is prevented from rising continuously; and an energy storage mechanism is arranged, a rotating wheel can rotate under the impact of river water waves, the rotating wheel and the generator are in transmission connection through a belt, the rotating wheel drives a rotor of the generator to rotate, the rotor rotates to cut magnetic induction lines for power generation, meanwhile, the rotating wheel can resist part of the impact force of the river water waves, and the protection effect of the slope is enhanced.
本发明提供一种水利工程边坡支撑方法，通过使用水利工程边坡支撑结构装置来实现水利工程的边坡支撑；所述水利工程边坡支撑结构装置包括固定座、固定件、底座、水箱和溢水机构；本发明设有溢水机构，当在雨水较大的汛期，水位高于进水管下端时，空心结构的密封球将会上浮，同时进水管将会打开，河道的水通过进水管进入到蓄水座内，并通过排水管排出河道，实现水位的自动控制，避免河道水位持续上涨；本发明设有蓄能机构，在河水波浪的冲击下能够使转轮转动，转轮与发电机之间通过带传动连接，转轮带动发电机转子转动，转子转动切割磁感线进行发电，同时，转轮能够抵挡部分河水波浪的冲击力，增强边坡的保护效果。
