The invention provides an integrated barrel foundation wellhead platform which comprises a cylindrical foundation, a steel top plate, a concrete chassis, a concrete stand column, a steel tower barrel and an upper module which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and further comprises a waterproof guide pipe. An oil and gas production facility is arranged on the upper module. According to the integrated barrel foundation wellhead platform provided by the invention, by utilizing a large-size barrel-shaped foundation structure form, the floating stability of the platform in the offshore air floating towing process is enhanced, and the anti-sliding and anti-overturning capabilities of the structure after the structure sinks into the seabed are improved.
