The invention discloses a waterproof construction method for removing a newly-built outer wall of an old basement in a limited space. The waterproof construction method comprises the following steps that rotary excavating cast-in-place piles are arranged to serve as supporting piles, three-shaft stirring piles serve as water stopping piles, and double-pipe high-pressure jet grouting piles are arranged between the supporting piles and the water stopping piles; a net is hung and sprayed with concrete to form a plane between the support piles, and leveling is performed by mortar; holes are opened and cleaned after paying off on the plane, water stop screws are embedded and fixed on the support piles in a steel bar embedding manner, and water stop steel sheets are arranged; and finally, a waterproof layer and a basement side wall are constructed. According to the waterproof construction method, the slope soil layer is prevented from being weathered and eroded by hanging net guniting between the supporting piles, loss of soil bodies between the piles is avoided, the safety of a foundation pit supporting system is ensured, a protective barrier can be formed between the side wall and the supporting piles through construction of the waterproof layer, and a water permeation path is blocked; and the waterproof performance is guaranteed through the water stop screws, the water stop steel sheets and polyurethane, and the good blocking and protecting effects are achieved on weak points where water seepage possibly occurs.
本发明公开了一种有限空间旧地下室拆除新建的外墙防水施工方法,包括以下步骤:设置旋挖灌注桩作为支护桩,三轴搅拌桩作为止水桩,支护桩和止水桩之间设置双管高压旋喷桩;挂网并喷射混凝土,使各支护桩之间形成平面,再通过砂浆找平;在平面放线后进行开孔并清孔,止水螺杆以植筋方式嵌固在支护桩上并设置止水钢片;最后进行防水层和地下室侧墙施工。通过在支护桩的桩间的挂网喷浆防止边坡土层遭受风化侵蚀,避免桩间土体流失,以确保基坑支护体系的安全,防水层的施工可以在侧墙和支护桩之间形成一道保护屏障,阻隔水的渗透路径;通过止水螺杆、止水钢片和聚氨酯保证防水性能,对可能渗水的薄弱点起到较好的封堵和保护作用。
