The invention discloses an inclined pile supporting structure and a construction method. The inclined pile supporting structure and the construction method aim to overcome the defects that an existing foundation pit is high in supporting cost, long in construction period and poor in stress stability. The inclined pile supporting structure comprises an inclined pile column, a fender post, a coping beam and a cement-soil pile arranged underground; the coping beam is rigidly connected to the fender post; the inclined pile column is obliquely arranged; the lower end of the inclined pile column is embedded into the cement-soil pile; the upper end of the inclined pile column is anchored into the coping beam; and the cement-soil pile is obliquely arranged in the length direction of the inclined pile column. The inclined pile supporting structure is small in material consumption, beneficial to saving cost and shortening the construction period, stable and reliable in stress, safe and efficient.
