The invention relates to the technical field of underground construction, and particularly relates to an underground construction supporting device. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a fabricated supporting device which is more convenient to disassemble and assemble, and also provide a fabricated supporting structure which is more convenient to construct. The fabricated supporting device comprises a supporting rod and two joint assemblies, wherein each joint assembly is composed of a clamping groove joint and a screw rod, a cross groove is formed in one side of a bottom plate of the clamping groove joint, the screw rod is hinged to the clamping groove joint, an adjusting ring is arranged on the screw rod, the adjusting ring is in threaded connection with the screw rod, the two ends of the supporting rod are in clearance fit with the other end of the screw rod, and the adjusting ring is located between the clamping groove joint and the supporting rod; and the fabricated supporting structure comprises a wall surface and at least two steel pipe frames, and further comprises the fabricated supporting device, the steel pipe frames are distributed on the wall surface, steel pipes on the steel pipe frames are located in the cross grooves, the steel pipes are in clearance fit with the cross grooves, and the steel pipe frames are located between the wall surface and the clamping groove joints.
