Method for repairing pre-stressed anchor bolt foundation of installed fan tower
The invention discloses a method for repairing a pre-stressed anchor bolt foundation of an installed fan tower, and relates to the field of foundation engineering. The technical problem to be solved is to provide a quick repairing method which can replace a nut which does not meet the quality requirement with a qualified nut on the premise of not damaging the overall structure of the foundation without scrapping the foundation. The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the method for repairing the pre-stressed anchor bolt foundation of the installed fan tower comprises the following steps of: firstly, excavating a channel from the outside of the foundation to the bottom of the foundation, excavating the channel to the position under a pre-stressed anchor bolt assembly, and then digging an annular roadway along the pre-stressed anchor bolt assembly; then loosening and tensioning pre-stressed anchor bolts, dismounting unqualified nuts, installing qualified nuts, and then tensioning and fastening the pre-stressed anchor bolts; repeating the steps until the nut of each pre-stressed anchor bolt is replaced; and finally, inspecting the pre-tightening force of the pre-stressed anchor bolts, and backfilling the annular roadway and the channel after the pre-tightening force is qualified. The method disclosed by the invention is suitable for repairing the pre-stressed anchor bolts of the fan foundation.
本发明公开了一种己安装风机塔筒预应力锚栓基础的修复方法,涉及基础工程领域,解决的技术问题是提供一种无需报废基础,在不损伤基础整体结构的前提下,可将不满足质量要求的螺母更换为合格螺母的快速修复方法。本发明采用的技术方案是:己安装风机塔筒预应力锚栓基础的修复方法,首先从基础之外向基础底部开挖通道,通道开挖至预应力锚栓组件的正下方,再沿预应力锚栓组件掏挖环形巷道;然后对预应力锚栓进行松张,卸下不合格的螺母并安装合格的螺母,再对预应力锚栓张拉紧固;再重复上述步骤,直至更换完每根预应力锚栓的螺母;最后对预应力锚栓的预紧力进行检验,验收合格后回填环形巷道和通道。本发明适用于对风机基础的预应力锚栓的修复。
