The fertilizer groove backfill construction method based on self-compacting backfill soil comprises the steps that S1, before backfill construction, the pit bottom of a fertilizer groove is cleaned, and loose garbage, mortar and stone sundries are cleaned up; S2, the self-compacting backfill soil is prepared, namely soil materials are screened from a soil body excavated from a foundation pit, and impurities are screened out; the moisture content of the soil materials is tested, and controlled to be 10-15%; the soil materials are crushed to obtain the soil materials with the particle size of less than 40mm; the crushed soil materials are divided into multiple groups according to the mix proportion requirement and added into a stirring bin, corresponding curing agents, additives and water are added at the same time, 100 parts of the soil materials, 8-12 parts of the curing agents, 1-2 parts of the additives and 18-24 parts of the water are added, a stirrer is started, stirring is conducted for a certain time, and preparation is completed; S3, the self-compacting backfill soil is adopted for layered pouring and backfilling of the fertilizer groove, the self-compacting backfill soil is guided into the fertilizer groove through a flow guide groove, and the fertilizer groove is filled and compacted through the self-leveling property of the self-compacting backfill soil till backfilling is completed; and S4, the backfilled fertilizer groove is subjected to film covering, moisture preservation and maintenance, and the strength is tested.
提供一种基于自密实回填土的肥槽回填施工方法,包括:S1:回填施工前,对肥槽坑底进行清理,将松散垃圾、砂浆、石子杂物清理干净;S2:制备自密实回填土,包括从基坑开挖出的土体中筛选土料,筛去杂物;测试土料的含水率,并将含水率控制在10%‑15%;破碎土料,获得粒径小于40mm的土料;将破碎后的土料按照配合比要求分多组加入到搅拌仓中,同时加入相对应的固化剂、外加剂和水,其中土料100份,固化剂8‑12份,外加剂1‑2份,水18‑24份,启动搅拌器搅拌一定时间制备完成;S3:采用自密实回填土进行肥槽分层浇筑回填,采用导流槽将自密式回填土导入肥槽中,利用自密式回填土的自流平性将肥槽填充密实,直至回填完成;S4:对回填的肥槽进行覆膜保湿养护并测试强度。
