Separated stepped combined rainwater storage module and assembling method
The invention belongs to the technical field of rainwater recycling, and particularly relates to a separated stepped combined rainwater storage module. The separated stepped combined rainwater storage module comprises a stepped supporting assembly and a water storage assembly; the stepped supporting assembly comprises a main bottom plate, an auxiliary connecting plate, a penetrating screw hole, a connecting screw hole, a connecting bolt, a containing rectangular groove, a handle, a supporting rod, a positioning disc, a positioning hole and an expansion screw; the water storage assembly comprises a water storage tank, a communicating port, a water outlet, a connecting pipe, a communicating pipe, a water supply pipe, a connecting flange, a matching flange and a matching hole, in rainy days, separated rainwater enters the water storage tank through the connecting pipe and is firstly stored in the water storage tank at the lowest position under the matching of the communicating pipe, along with the increase of the rainwater, the rainwater is collected into the higher water storage tank in sequence for storage, stepped storage of the separated rainwater is achieved, water supply is achieved through the water supply pipe and external water supply equipment, meanwhile, the whole separated stepped combined rainwater storage module is formed by assembling a plurality of independent parts, and later maintenance of the separated stepped combined rainwater storage module is facilitated.
本发明属于雨水回收技术领域,尤其为一种分离后的阶梯式组合型雨水储蓄模组,包括阶梯支撑组件和蓄水组件;阶梯支撑组件包括有主底板、副连接板、贯穿螺孔、连接螺孔、连接螺栓、放置矩槽、把手、支撑杆、定位盘、定位孔和膨胀螺丝;蓄水组件包括有蓄水箱、连通口、出水口、连接管、连通管、供水管、连接法兰、配合法兰和配合孔,在雨天时,分离处理后的雨水经过连接管进入到蓄水箱内,在连通管的配合下,先存储在最低位置的蓄水箱内,随着雨水的增加,依次集聚至高度较高的蓄水箱内进行存储,实现分离处理后的雨水的阶梯存储,利用供水管和外部的供水设备实现供水,同时装置整体由多个单独的部分组装而成,便于设备后期的维护。
