The square steel tube concrete frame comprises a middle column and two side columns; the middle column and the two side columns are vertically arranged; the two side columns are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the middle column; a plurality of sets of staggered floor connecting pieces are arranged on the middle column; the two sides of each staggered floor connecting piece are connected with steel beams; and the other ends of the steel beams are fixed to the corresponding side columns through side column fixing assemblies. The special construction form of the staggered floor joints is adopted in the frame structure, the requirement for specific space in high-rise civil buildings can be met, and the incomplete staggered floor structural form is adopted so that the situation that short columns which are poor in ductility, concentrated in stress and prone to causing shear failure are formed at the staggered floor positions of the structure can be avoided.
