The invention relates to a prefabricated constructional column assembly structure for a block wall and an assembling method. The assembly structure comprises a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece, and a limiting piece; the first connecting piece comprises a first anchor plate fixed to the top of a prefabricated constructional column and a first connecting plate vertically fixed to the top of the first anchor plate; the second connecting piece comprises a second anchor plate which is fixed at the bottom of an upper-layer beam plate and corresponds to the mounting position of the prefabricated constructional column, and a second connecting plate which is vertically fixed at the bottom of the second anchor plate and is used for overlapping and fixing the first connecting plate; the limiting piece comprises a splicing limiting barrel used for surrounding the bottom of the prefabricated constructional column and a limiting anchor bar fixed to the bottom of the splicing limiting barrel; and a limiting hole allowing the limiting anchor bar to be inserted in is formed in the position, corresponding to the mounting position of the prefabricated constructional column, on a lower-layer beam plate. The structure is simple, convenient and rapid in construction, and the problems of construction site pollution, uncontrollable concrete quality, low construction efficiency and the like caused by on-site mixing due to small concrete dosage in the traditional process are solved.
