The high-rising building construction method comprises the following steps that A, a vertical shaft frame, an operation platform and a vertical transportation device are installed on a building foundation, the vertical shaft frame is sequentially provided with a plurality of pairs of jacking devices in the height direction, one end of each pair of jacking device is fixedly connected with the vertical shaft frame, the other end of each pair of jacking device is fixed to a bracket of the cylinder wall of a building, and the operation platform is in a radial shape, is of an upper hook structure and comprises a plurality of ring beams and a plurality of radial beams connected to the ring beams; B, a displacement type inner formwork of the construction layer is installed, and steel bar engineering construction of the construction layer is carried out; C, a displacement type outer formwork of the construction layer is installed, and concrete of the construction layer is poured; D, the displacement type formwork of the construction layer is dismantled and cleaned; and E, the operation platform is lifted to the next construction layer, and the steps B-D are repeated till the building reaches the preset elevation. The construction method is simple and feasible, the construction period is short, and the safety risk and the engineering cost are reduced.
