本发明提供了一种夏热冬暖地区装配式剪力墙结构墙板现场施工方法,配合BIM及一体化设计方式,先将转换部位上层预制墙体放样,通过三次复核预留钢筋定位,控制转换部位下层现浇墙体钢筋定位精度,完成上层预制墙体安装;墙体吊装就位后,对较长墙体分仓处理,利用座浆料将水平缝分为两仓,外墙外侧灌浆前用C型钢、泡沫棉和膨胀螺栓对水平缝进行封堵;外墙内侧及内墙使用塑料角条,在塑料角条外用水泥砂浆封堵后通过观察孔套筒检查饱满度,若浆液因排空底仓空气有部分回落,应及时补灌。本发明解决了转换部位钢筋定位的难题,且在不损失墙体截面的条件下完成了单层墙板内、外侧封堵,检查补偿措施有效、简便,社会效益较为显著。
