The invention discloses an electronic lock with a clutch function. The electronic lock comprises a lock shell, wherein a lock cylinder hole for mounting a lock cylinder is formed in the lock shell; a spring bolt assembly, an electronic driving assembly and a clutch releasing mechanism are arranged in the lock shell; the spring bolt assembly comprises a spring bolt mounting plate and a spring bolt; the electronic driving assembly comprises a motor shifting wheel, a driving motor and a transmission mechanism for connecting the driving motor with the motor shifting wheel; the transmission mechanism comprises a clutch; the clutch has a separation state and a connection state; the motor shifting wheel is used for driving the spring bolt assembly to move left and right so as to enable the spring bolt to extend out of or retract into the lock shell; one end of the clutch releasing mechanism is connected with the clutch; the clutch releasing mechanism comprises a clutch releasing shifting part which can be shifted by a lock cylinder shifting wheel of the lock cylinder; and when the clutch releasing shifting part is shifted, the clutch is driven to be switched to the separation state. The electronic lock can effectively avoid the conflict between a mechanical unlocking structure and a motor unlocking structure, is not liable to be stuck and is high in safety.
