The invention relates to a steel structure push-pull type protective air-tight door which comprises two door bodies connected onto a wall in a sliding mode. Water tanks are placed beside the door bodies and used for filling alcohol; inner cavities are formed in the ends, close to each other, of the two door bodies; spray heads communicated with the inner cavities are arranged on the faces, close to each other, of the two door bodies; water pumps are communicated onto the water tanks; water outlets of the water pumps communicate with and are fixedly connected with hoses; and the other ends of the hoses communicate with the inner cavities. The steel structure push-pull type protective air-tight door provided by the invention has the effect that in the opening process of the air-tight door, the possibility that bacteria enter a sterile room is reduced.
