The invention relates to an anchor rod with a ground anchor expansion head anchoring structure. An anchor rod piece adopts a bonded or unbonded finish rolling twisted steel bar, a steel strand or a fiber pull rod; a steel bar connector is used for length connection of the anchor rod piece; the top of the anchor rod piece is fixed to a building bottom plate, and the bottom of the anchor rod piece is fixed to the ground anchor expansion head; the ground anchor expansion head and a concrete curing material poured into the rod piece are condensed; the ground anchor expansion head comprises a locking and releasing mechanism, ribbed sliding pieces, linkage rods, a rod body, ribbed nuts or ribbed flanges, end plate pressure-bearing pieces and pin shafts; when movable pieces composed of the ribbed sliding pieces, the linkage rods and the end plate pressure-bearing pieces are in one group, the linkage rods and the end plate pressure-bearing pieces are installed between the ribbed sliding pieces and the ribbed nuts or the ribbed flanges, and a center sleeve can also be arranged; and more than one group of movable pieces are formed by the ribbed sliding pieces, the linkage rods and the end plate pressure-bearing parts, the linkage rods and the end plate pressure-bearing parts are installed between each group of ribbed sliding pieces and the ribbed nuts or the ribbed flanges, and restraint sleeves and safety pins connected with the restraint sleeves are arranged.
