Preparation method of concrete expansive agent
The invention relates to a preparation method of a concrete expansive agent. The method involves a bottom plate, a bearing device, a grinding device and a driving device. The bearing device is installed at the upper end of the bottom plate through a supporting rod, the grinding device is slidably connected to the middle of the upper end of the bearing device, and the driving device is arranged on the right side of the grinding device and fixedly connected with the bottom plate. The driving device is in threaded fit with the grinding device. The method can solve the problems that when existing equipment is used for grinding mineral aggregates for producing expanding agents, the mineral aggregates cannot be crushed first and then ground, the phenomenon that grinding fails due to the fact that the mineral aggregates are too large easily occurs, and thus the success rate of grinding the mineral aggregates is lowered; meanwhile, the mineral aggregates cannot be ground in a reciprocating mode, the grinding effect of the mineral aggregates is lowered, and the sizes of the ground mineral aggregate are not consistent; and moreover, the two sides of the flatly-spread mineral aggregates cannot be gathered together during grinding, and the mineral aggregates on the two sides cannot be ground easily.
本发明涉及一种混凝土膨胀剂制备方法,包括底板、承放装置、研磨装置和驱动装置,底板上端通过支撑杆安装有承放装置,承放装置上端中部滑动连接有研磨装置,研磨装置右侧设置有驱动装置,驱动装置与底板固定连接,驱动装置与研磨装置螺纹配合。本发明可以解决现有的设备在针对生产膨胀剂的矿料进行研磨时,不能对矿料进行先破碎在研磨的功能,易出现矿料过大导致研磨失败的现象发生,从而降低了矿料研磨的成功率,同时,不能实现对矿料进行往复研磨的功能,从而降低了矿料研磨的效果,研磨后的矿料易出现体积不一致的现象,并且,在研磨时不能对平摊的矿料两侧进行聚拢,两侧的矿料易出现未研磨的现象等问题。
