The method comprises the steps of firstly, laying a decorative material on a bottom die assembled by lining die units to form an overall decorative surface layer; then, arranging an outer wythe on the decorative surface layer, arranging a heat preservation layer on the outer wythe, arranging inner wythe steel bars on the heat preservation layer, binding the inner wythe steel bars to form a steel bar mesh, and connecting the outer wythe, the heat preservation layer and the inner wythe steel bar mesh into a whole body through connecting pieces; then, pre-burying a wire box and a pipeline, and adopting a sleeve grouting connection mode in the inner wythe in the vertical direction; and finally, carrying out concrete pouring and tamping, vibrating, maintaining and demolding to obtain a prefabricated exterior wall cladding with the mixed decorative surface layer. According to the method, the decorative surface layer, the heat preservation layer, the steel bar mesh and a concrete wall body are integrally prefabricated and formed, the connecting structure is stable and reliable, the decorative surface layer of the wall body does not fall off any more, the service life of the decorative surface layer is the same as that of the structure, the wall surface is more durable and easier to clean, and meanwhile the building facade effect and quality of the wall surface are greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种预制装配式混凝土外墙挂板装饰层混打方法，首先将装饰材料平铺于衬模单元组装的底模上形成整体装饰面层；然后在装饰面层上设置外页墙，外页墙上设置保温层，保温层上设置内页墙钢筋，绑扎内页墙钢筋形成钢筋网片，通过连接件将外页墙、保温层及内页墙钢筋网片连接成整体；再预埋线盒和管线，内页墙内部竖向采用套筒灌浆连接方式；最后浇捣混凝土、振捣、养护、脱模，即得混打装饰面层的预制外墙挂板。本发明将装饰面层、保温层、钢筋网片和混凝土墙本体一体预制成型，连接结构稳定可靠，墙体装饰面层不再发生脱落，与结构同寿命，墙面更耐用、更易打理，同时墙面的建筑立面效果与质量得到了大大提升。
