The invention discloses a high-dispersity concrete synergist and a preparation method thereof, the high-dispersity concrete synergist comprises 3-4 parts of a high-dispersity polycarboxylic acid additive, 0.5-1 part of triisopropanolamine, 0.5-1 part of polyethylene glycol, a defoaming agent, a polycarboxylic acid water-retaining agent and tap water. According to the invention, thehigh-dispersity polycarboxylic acid additive is used as a main carrier, a polycarboxylic acid water-retaining agent used in wet-mixed mortar and concrete is used as a dispersion compacting agent, and other functional materials are matched and physically mixed to prepare the synergist; and the problems that cement particles in concrete are not completely dispersed, the grading of concrete raw materials is poor, and the early and later strength is not ideal are well solved, the steric hindrance effect of the water reducing agent is guaranteed, the adsorption amount of the water reducing agent on the cement surface is increased, and therefore high dispersity and synergistic interaction are achieved.
本发明公开了一种高分散性混凝土增效剂及制备方法,包括高分散性聚羧酸外加剂、三异丙醇胺、聚乙二醇、消泡剂、聚羧酸类保水剂以及自来水,其中高分散性聚羧酸外加剂的占比设为3份‑4份,所述三异丙醇胺的占比设为0.5份‑1份,所述聚乙二醇的占比设为0.5份‑1份。本发明通过采用高分散性聚羧酸混凝土外加剂为主要载体,以湿拌砂浆和混凝土中用聚羧酸类保水剂为分散密实剂,再通过配合其他功能性材料物理混合后制备成增效剂,较好的解决了混凝土中的水泥颗粒是分散不完全且混凝土原材料级配较差,早后期强度不理想的问题,既保证了减水剂的空间位阻作用,又增加了减水剂在水泥表面的吸附量,从而达到高分散性,达到协同增效性。
