The invention discloses a temperature-control anti-crack waterproof agent which comprises the following raw materials: 2-10 wt% of a temperature-control component, 50-68 wt% of an expansion component and 30-40 wt% of a dense anti-seepage component, the temperature control component comprises 2-80 wt% of an inhibiting component I, 2-80 wt% of an inhibiting component II and 1-50 wt% of an adjusting component; the inhibiting component I is a polyhydroxy compound, and the inhibiting component II is ester of the polyhydroxy compound; the adjusting component is a thickening time control agent; the expansion component comprises hydration regulation and control type calcium expansion clinker, gypsum and limestone powder; and the dense impervious component comprises sodium bentonite, calcium formate, semi-dense silica fume and the like. Aiming at concrete engineering application conditions, concrete temperature rise is reduced on the basis of three aspects of temperature control, expansion and compaction impervious performance, the hydration regulation type calcium expansion clinker regulates the expansion reaction rate at 40-60 DEG C, the expansion period is better matched with the shrinkage period of the concrete, the cracking phenomenon of the concrete is reduced from two aspects of reducing the temperature rise of the concrete and compensating the shrinkage of the concrete, and the impervious performance of the concrete is improved by virtue of a dense impervious component, so that engineering requirements are met.
