Anti-static bionic quartz stone and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-static bionic quartz stone and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of quartz stones. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding quartz stone powder, a multi-embedded-end polymer and aluminum hydroxide powder in raw materials into a stirrer together, and then adding distilled water into the stirrer, wherein the volume of the distilled water is twice of the total volume of the quartz stone powder, the multi-embedded-end polymer and aluminum hydroxide; starting the stirrer to uniformly mix the materials; pouring the uniformly mixed materials into a centrifuge, performing centrifugal separation, then skimming floating foam on the upper layer, heating the excess materials in a heating furnace until moisture in the excess materials is thoroughly evaporated and blocks, taking out the caked materials, adding the caked materials into a grinding machine, and performing high-speed grinding to obtain a powder; adding the powder together with unsaturated resin, a curing agent, a reinforcing agent and a coupling agent into the stirrer, and uniformly stirring; and then performing post-treatment to obtain the finished product. The obtained finished product quartzite has good antistatic performance.
本发明公开了一种防静电仿生石英石及其制造方法,涉及石英石技术领域;将原料中的石英石粉、多嵌端聚合物以及氢氧化铝粉一同加入搅拌器中,再向搅拌器中加入蒸馏水,蒸馏水的体积量为石英石粉、多嵌端聚合物以及氢氧化铝三者总体积量的两倍;随后启动搅拌器将物料混合均匀;向混合均匀的物料倒入离心机中进行离心分离,然后将上层浮沫撇去,将余料置于加热炉中进行加热,直至余料中的水分彻底蒸发而结块,取出结块物料加入研磨机中高速研磨,得到粉料;将粉料与不饱和树脂、固化剂、增强剂和偶联剂一同加入搅拌器中搅拌均匀;然后进行后处理得成品,得到的成品石英石具有良好的抗静电性能。
