The invention discloses a building waterproof structure which comprises a concrete base material layer, an asphalt waterproof coating layer covering the concrete base material layer and a waterproof coiled material layer covering the concrete base material layer. The asphalt waterproof coating layer is formed by asphalt waterproof coating, and the total mass of the asphalt waterproof coating is 100%. The asphalt waterproof coating is prepared from the raw materials: 20%-50% of low-polarity polyol, 1%-10% of a silane coupling agent containing an isocyanate group, 10%-30% of petroleum asphalt, 20%-50% of a filler, 0.1%-1% of a catalyst and 1%-10% of an auxiliary agent. The disclosed building waterproof structure can be constructed at normal temperature, and use of an organic solvent is avoided during construction, so that the building waterproof structure is safer and more environment-friendly; and the building waterproof structure is high in reliability, the waterproof coating layer of the building waterproof structure has good elasticity and extensibility, the bonding performance on the concrete base material layer and a waterproof coiled material is good, and the application prospect is wide.
本发明公开了一种建筑防水构造,包括混凝土基材层、覆设于混凝土基材层上的沥青防水涂料层、覆设于混凝土基材层上的防水卷材层,所述沥青防水涂料层由沥青防水涂料形成,按所述沥青防水涂料的总质量为百分之百计,所述沥青防水涂料的原料配方包括20%~50%的低极性多元醇,1%~10%的含有异氰酸酯基团的硅烷偶联剂,10%~30%的石油沥青,20%~50%的填料,0.1%~1%的催化剂,1%~10%的助剂。本发明的建筑防水构造,可在常温下施工,且施工时避免有机溶剂的使用,更加安全、环保;本发明的建筑防水构造可靠性高,其防水涂料层具有良好的弹性及延伸性,对混凝土基层及防水卷材的粘结性能好,应用前景广阔。
