The invention provides a soft magnetic alloy magnetic sheet and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) mixing thermosetting resin, thermoplastic resin, a solvent, a curing agent and soft magnetic alloy powder subjected to insulation coating to obtain tape casting slurry;. and (2) carrying out defoaming and tape casting drying treatment on the tape casting slurry obtained in the step (1) sequentially, and obtaining the soft magnetic alloy magnetic sheet. According to the present invention, the thermosetting resin and other additives are mixed with the soft magnetic alloy powder, and the mixture is subjected to tape casting and drying to obtain the soft magnetic alloy magnetic sheet which is high in saturation flux density and low in loss, and meanwhile has certain hardness and can resist the temperature higher than 160 DEG C after being subjected to low-temperature baking and sufficient curing. The soft magnetic alloy magnetic sheet has the advantages that the high-temperature curing characteristic of the thermosetting resin is utilized, so that the magnetic sheet is hardened, and the problem of loss increase caused by the failure of an insulating coating layer after high-temperature sintering of a traditional lamination process, is avoided.
本发明提供了一种软磁合金磁片及其制备方法和应用。所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将热固性树脂、热塑性树脂、溶剂、固化剂和经过绝缘包覆的软磁合金粉末混合,得到流延浆料;(2)将步骤(1)所述流延浆料依次进行脱泡和流延烘干处理,得到所述软磁合金磁片。本发明通过采用热固性树脂及其他添加剂与软磁合金粉末混合,流延烘干得到了一种高饱和磁感应强度、低损耗,同时其经过低温烘烤充分固化后得到具有一定硬度且可耐温度高于160℃的软磁合金磁片,其优势在于利用热固性树脂的高温固化特性,使磁片达到坚硬化,避免了传统叠层工艺高温烧结后绝缘包覆层失效而导致的损耗升高的问题。
