Preparation method of muck fluidized composite backfill material
The invention relates to the technical field of municipal engineering construction, and discloses a preparation method of a muck fluidized composite backfill material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S01, removing impurities from muck; S02, firstly adding the impurity-removed muck into preparation equipment of the muck fluidized composite backfill material, then adding cement, lime and an expanding agent separately, and stirring to form powder; S03, adding a certain amount of water into the powder to make the powder in a half-flow state to form a muck mixture and preparing slurry, specifically, the water adding amount accounts for 60%-80% of the total water amount, and a water reducing agent, a curing agent and a proper amount of water are mixed uniformly to form slurry; and S04, stirring the prepared slurry and the premixed muck mixture to be uniform to form the muck fluidized composite backfill material. Compared with similar products, the muck fluidized composite backfill material has the advantages of being free of compaction, high in flowability, controllable in strength and curing time, free of contractility or micro-expansibility, good in stability, not prone to segregation, high in applicability, capable of consuming engineering residue soil, simple and convenient to produce, and low in cost.
