The invention discloses a method for preventing cement from caking. In the cement grinding process, a surface active agent with a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group is doped into cement in a grinding head of a ball mill, and the doping amount is 0.005-0.01% of the mass of the cement. By adding the surfactant, the cement is prevented from being hydrated too early in the storage process, the problem of caking in a cement silo is fundamentally solved, the silo cleaning frequency of a cement enterprise is reduced, and thus the risk of manual silo cleaning is reduced.
本发明公开了一种防止水泥结库的方法，在水泥粉磨过程中，将带有亲水基团和疏水基团的表面活性剂于球磨机磨头掺入水泥中，掺入量为水泥质量的0.005‑0.01％。本发明通过加入表面活性剂，防止水泥在储存过程中过早水化，从根本上解决水泥库内结块问题，减少水泥企业清库频率，从而降低人工清库的风险。
