The invention discloses a preparation method of a Ming-style brick and the Ming-style brick. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting mud: selecting silt type clay soil and placing the clay soil in the open air for more than one year; (2) pugging: soaking the selected clayey soil in water, and repeatedly treading or kneading the material; (3) blank making: putting the pugged mud pie into a brick making mold for compression molding to obtain a green brick blank, and drying the green brick blank in the shade; (4) building a kiln: building a brick kiln, putting the green brick into the kiln, and preheating the kiln; (5) firing: firing the green brick by using different combustibles; (6) scenting water: watering the kiln from the top of the kiln for cooling; (7) drawing: drawing the product after scenting for 4-8 days, and removing defective products; (8) polishing: repeatedly rubbing the bricks in running water to remove roughness; and (9) oil immersion: immersing the bricks in raw tung oil. According to the present invention, the process is reasonable, the brick body has characteristics of high strength, high wear resistance, odor absorption, moisture resistance and the like, and can provide advantages of warm winter, cool summer and durable wear resistance. When the brick body is paved on the floor, the brick can generate a delicate and fine process aesthetic feeling when the brick body is used for manufacturing the brick carving and other handicrafts.
本发明公开了一种明式砖制备方法及明式砖，包括(1)选泥：选取粉砂型的粘质土并露天放置一年以上；(2)练泥：将选取的粘质土浸水泡开，反复踩踏或揉合；(3)制坯：将练好的泥团放入制砖模具中压制成型，得到生砖胚并阴干；(4)垒窑：垒制砖窑，将生砖胚置于窑炉中，并预热；(5)烧制：用不同燃物进行烧制；(6)窨水：从窑顶往窑中浇水降温；(7)出窑：窨水4～8天后出窑，去掉残次品；(8)打磨：在流水中对砖块进行反复磨擦去糙；(9)浸油：在生桐油里浸泡。本发明工艺合理，砖体具有较高的强度与耐磨性，具备吸味、防潮防湿等特点，用以铺地会有冬暖夏凉和持久耐磨的优点，用以制作砖雕等工艺品，具有精致细腻的工艺美感。
