The invention provides a device for adjusting the assembling clearance of a gate machine and a gate machine device. The device for adjusting the assembling clearance of the gate machine comprises a swing arm lower sleeve piece of a hollow structure and provided with at least one first positioning structure; a spline; a rotating shaft structure; and a limiting structure. The end part of the rotating shaft structure is coaxially connected with the swing arm lower sleeve piece through a spline, the inner wall of the hollow structure of the swing arm lower sleeve piece is provided with a matching surface matched with the spline, and the rotating shaft structure is provided with a second positioning structure matched with the first positioning structure; and the limiting structure is arranged between the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure, so that a gap between the matching surface and the surface of the spline is not changed. The problem that in the prior art, a gate slightly shakes when a swing door stops is solved.
