The invention relates to a well periphery anti-settling device and an anti-settling method thereof. The well periphery anti-settling device comprises a shaft, a well chamber and a well lid, the shaft comprises a body, a mounting bottom edge is integrally formed at the bottom of the body, and the shaft is fixed to the upper part of the well chamber through the mounting bottom edge; a pond slag layer is buried around the mounting bottom edge and the well chamber, the upper surface of the pond slag layer is flush with the upper plane of the mounting bottom edge, a butt strap used for dispersing loads from the road surface is placed on the upper plane of the mounting bottom edge, one end of the butt strap abuts against a check block arranged on the mounting bottom edge, and the other end of the butt strap extends to the pond slag layer; and a bent guide pipe is mounted in the well wall of the well chamber. The well periphery anti-settling device has the beneficial effects that the bearing capacity of the roadbed can be greatly improved through the prefabricated butt strap and the shaft and the pond slag layer which are matched with the butt strap; and meanwhile, a guide pipe is arranged on the well wall of the well chamber, so that the bearing capacity of the pond slag layer is increased through cement grout injected from the guide pipe in the later period, and the road surface cannot settle along with settlement of the roadbed.
本发明涉及一种井周防沉降装置及其防沉方法,包括井筒、井室和井盖,井筒包括主体,且主体底部一体成型有安装底边,井筒通过安装底边固定在井室上方;安装底边和井室周围埋有塘渣层,且塘渣层上表面与安装底边上平面平齐,安装底边上平面上放置有用于分散来自路面载荷的搭板,搭板一端与设置在安装底边上的挡块相抵,搭板另一端延伸至塘渣层上;井室的井壁内安装有折弯状的导管;本发明的有益效果为:通过预制的搭板及与搭板相配套的井筒和塘渣层,可以大大提高路基的承载力,同时在井室的井壁上设有导管,这样能使后期从导管注入的水泥浆液来增加塘渣层的承载力,使路面不随路基的沉降而沉降。
