The embodiment of the invention discloses an intelligent lock and an intelligent home system. The intelligent lock comprises an intelligent lock body and an intelligent lock accessory; the intelligent lock accessory comprises a voltage converter and a first induction coil electrically connected with the voltage converter; the intelligent lock body comprises a second induction coil and a controller; the voltage converter is used for converting alternating current into transformation direct current; the first induction coil is used for generating a magnetic field under the action of an electric field applied by the transformation direct current; the second induction coil is used for inducing a magnetic field and generating electromotive force; and the controller is used for determining whether a door is tightly closed or not according to the generated electromotive force. According to the intelligent lock, on the basis of not increasing lock body structural members, the detection accuracy and reliability of the unclosed state of the door are improved, and the structural complexity and cost of the intelligent lock are reduced.
