The invention discloses a solid waste-based geopolymer mortar dry blend which is prepared from 10-30% of mountain ash cementing material, 10-20% of phosphorus slag powder, 30-60% of sand, 0-10% of vermiculite powder, 0-10% of diatomite, 0-5% of magnesium borate whisker, 0-5% of modified nano titanium oxide, polyvinyl alcohol accounting for 0.02-0.2% of the total amount of the raw materials, and the alkali activator accounting for 2-6% of the total amount of the raw materials. The solid waste-based geopolymer mortar dry blend developed by taking the phosphorus slag, the soda ash waste residue and other industrial byproducts as main raw materials can simultaneously exert the dual effects of geological polymerization and hydration, the added functional material improves the added value of the product, and the dry blend can replace the traditional cement mortar to be used for road, bridge and culvert and tunnel construction. The material has the advantages of high strength, high toughness, cracking resistance, sound absorption, noise reduction, air purification, energy conservation, emission reduction and the like, is wide in application range, and has good practical application value.
本发明公开了一种固废基地聚物砂浆干混料,是由山灰质胶凝材料10~30%,磷渣粉10~20%,砂30~60%,蛭石粉0~10%,硅藻土0~10%,硼酸镁晶须0~5%,改性纳米氧化钛0~5%;和原料总量0.02%~0.2%的聚乙烯醇和2%~6%的碱激发剂配制而成。本发明以磷渣、纯碱废渣等工业副产品为主要原材研制的固废基地聚物砂浆干混料,能同时发挥地质聚合和水化双重作用,另外添加的功能性材料提升了产品的附加价值,可替代传统水泥砂浆用于道路、桥涵和隧道施工,具有强度高、韧性高、抗开裂、吸声降噪、净化空气、节能减排等多重优势,适用范围广,具有良好的实际应用价值。
